Oriflame Cosmetics is one of Europe’s largest direct-selling cosmetics companies. Founded in Sweden in 1967, Oriflame’s head office is in Stockholm, Sweden and its corporate office is in Switzerland. Today, the company has a portfolio of about 1,000 products within the areas of cosmetics, skincare, fragrances and wellness – and operates in more than 60 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Oriflame’s products are primarily marketed and sold online or through approximately 3 million independent consultants, or brand partners, worldwide.

Janet has worked as an independent contractor to Oriflame for many years, supporting different divisions and teams – Brand and Sales, Internal Communications, Product Communication and Sustainability. She has participated in creating concepts and copy for some of the company’s most important documents and projects, including the Oriflame Success Plan, which details how bonuses and compensation is paid to consultants, brand manifestos, conference themes, comprehensive training programs for employees and brand partners, workshops and e-learning courses, concepts for launches, brand guidelines and interior design guidelines.
