Boco Text Studio is the creative home of independent senior copywriter, editor and scriptwriter, Janet Colletti. Originally from New York, Janet has spent the majority of her career in Stockholm, where she has worked for some of the world’s leading companies and brands.

Janet has created work for a wide range of clients, from major cultural institutions and non-profit organizations to global furniture and design brands, and fashion, cosmetics, wellness, eyewear, sportwear, beverage, media, retail, tech and pharmaceutical companies.

With her background and formal education in film, theatre and dramatic writing, as well as communications, Janet often combines skills from these special fields to create distinct and engaging voices and identities that define and refresh brands.

By gaining a deep understanding of the brand and the target audience – inspiring conversations that engage consumers and help them make decisions that are right for them and build confidence in the brand. Product-based communication
Creating messaging that stems from the products themselves. Exploring a product’s full range of features to uncover the benefits that are relevant and truly meaningful for the customer. Creating feature-and-benefit charts, USPs, product descriptions, guidelines, manuals and instructions, product descriptions and copy for packaging, in-store signage, POS, hang tags and labels.

Course design and educational writing
Developing, structuring and writing content for training programs, e-learnings courses, workshops, games and manuals to inform or support the acquisition of skills, often related to complex subjects. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, subject experts and target group representatives to learn the subject matter and gain a deep understanding of the needs of the target audience.
