Founded by Barbro Ohlson Smith in 2006, Ohlsonsmith Design Agency has developed a special approach, which it calls emotional branding, and uses it to create design and branding that communicates directly and intuitively.

Ohlsonsmith and Boco have collaborated on many projects over the years – teaming to develop and coordinate visual and verbal identity for brands and businesses. We were honored when Ohslonsmith asked us to work with them on a complete redesign of their own website by contributing with copy for new content and case studies.

For the approach and tone of voice for the copy, we were inspired by the confidence and easy elegance of Ohlsonsmith’s design.
